The park is laid out very nice with spaciois sites. My wife and I stayed here for a weekend in September. It just so happened the weather was still extremely summer like.

We stayed the weekend in a cabin with my two kids. My sister and her family stayed in the cabin next door. I'm used to the cabins having a small fridge or some sort of storage in them, these have none. Not even hooks to keep stuff off the floor. No garbage can or broom either. The location of the cabins is also interesting. In my experience, they are usually the closest sites to the washrooms, since they have no water. Here, the washrooms are surrounded by seasonal sites, so it's a long walk if your child was to use the washroom at night. The showers are all pay per use, which I wasn't impressed with. $1/5 minutes of shower time. The first minute is wasted waiting for the water to warm up. The washrooms in general didn't seem to be cleaned often, the same stuff was on the floor for two days. The WiFi is unusable and there is little to no cell service. I don't go camping to use my phone, but it is nice to be able to text my wife if there's a problem. Electricity is touchy here as well. My parents RV site had inconsistent voltage all weekend. They couldn't run anything with high electricity demand, such as AC, Fridge or water heater without the breaker on the RV tripping. They were trying to run one at a time and it still wouldn't work. The voltage meter showed it the power was bouncing between 103V to 110V. They gave up and ran the generator instead.

We were extremely disappointed that the park's advertised ammenities had already been shut down for the season! There was NO mention of this on the reservation web site, nor did the staff mention It to us upon check in. Had we known about this, we would have gone to another local Trailer Park which still had its pools and other ammenities open.

There were good things about the campground, the pool was very nice and the kids loved the splash pad. There were several activities that were set up for the kids, although some were not well organized. The staff seemed friendly enough and the people living there were definitely easy to get along with.

Overall, I wouldn't go back. the other campgrounds I've been to were priced similarly, but provided much more and were more accommodating to temporary guests, not just seasonal ones.

Not sure where some of these other people camped but I have been going there for 7 years without a problem. Sites are very large, full hook up with BOTH 30/50amp service. Staff has always been amazing and very friendly, tons of activities for the kids and they even hand out a calendar of all events for the whole year so you can plan your stay around them. Washrooms were always clean and we have always enjoyed. Never seen Coyotes or anything other than geese, squirrels and birds. Will go back every year.

We just left net this morning. The pool was super fun but the park is full of seasonal campers with people who don't care about anyone else. We were kept awake until 3 am because some people decided partying with loud music was okay, even though they have a "strict" quiet time after 11. As if having 3 small children in a tent isn't difficult to sleep throw in some jerks with no regards for family's and you are doomed. The park staff did not respond to the constant phone calls to attempt to get these people to keep it down either. Do not recommend for family's with children. Not only was I over charged for my two under two but none of us had any sleep.
